Information you choose to send
The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message. Please do not include medical history, diagnosis, recovery status, trauma details, or other sensitive personal information. We use submissions only to review and respond to the message.
Retention
Contact submissions are scheduled for deletion after 90 days unless they must be retained longer to resolve an ongoing correction, security issue, or legal obligation. Rate-limit records contain a one-way hash of a network identifier and expire after their short control window.
Technical data
Like most websites, the service may receive basic request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time. Operational logs are used to keep the site secure and reliable. We do not intentionally build profiles about recovery interests or sell personal information.
Cookies and accounts
Public reading does not require an account. The site does not use advertising cookies. Basic platform security and performance features may process request data without creating a reader profile.

Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of a contact submission by using the contact form and providing enough information for us to locate it. We may need to confirm that the request is legitimate.
